2026 February Wrap!

Well, that month went by quick! February was filled with a lot of researching and attempts to reach the goals I put in place for myself last month. Some I met while others I still need to work on.

One of my main and most exciting goal is that I was able to take signed copies of both of my books to Hometown Treats, Gifts, and More in Litchfield, IL. They will be available for sale there very soon. Along with that, readers will be able to buy signed copies of my paperback books as well at audioanimatedtales.com.

Along with that goal, I was also able to finish writing an exciting chapter in book 3 of The Hailwic Chronicles that some readers may not enjoy, but time will tell. I also finished reading my January book of choice and have made it about halfway through my February book of choice, The Things We Leave Unfinished by: Rebacca Yarros. My original goal was to read at least a book a month, so I need to speed up that process.

I also finalized a few book events to attend later on in the year as well as tried to promote myself more on social media, including making Tiktok videos. That’s still a learning process for me.

For now, I’ll keep the ball rolling and list out some goals to work on for this month. March is going to be a difficult one. Around this time last year, we lost my sister. I’m also going through a medical concern I’m still waiting on answers for but will update when I know more. Even so, I hope to stay focused on these goals as much as possible.

March Goals:

  • Write at least 2 chapters in book 3
  • Get a tattoo
  • Finish reading my February book of choice
  • Start and finish reading my March book of choice by the end of the month
  • Advertise books and myself more
  • Order more books for upcoming book events
  • A few doctors appointments
  • Take time to remember/honor my sister
  • Make another blog post
  • Send out monthly newsletter

Thanks for reading and I hope you have a good March! Share in the comments below what goals you are working on this month. I’ll see you in the next one, bye!
